Placing the order
Placing your order online is very easy, fast and safe. GreatMaternityClothing.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.
We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. We do not offer sample orders.
Orders totals do not include duties or other taxes.
You can review your order information and trace your order at MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Shipping Charges
We ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria.
We use USPS for international shipments. However other carries can be selected in special cases.
Usually all orders received before 12:00 PM PST, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
International orders and also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely.
Certificate of Origin
A Certificate of Origin (often abbreviated to CO) is a document used in international trade.
It traditionally states from what country the shipped goods originate, but "originate" in a CO does not mean the
country the goods are shipped from, but the country where there goods are actually made.
Certificate of Origin is provided by request for orders more than $5,000.00.
Return Policy
You may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, a phone call has to be

The email must contain the following:
Order Number #
Style # (Description)
Reason for return.
The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error is subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returned items from you.
Interested in buying retail?
If you are interested in buying single pieces please give us a call. We will redirect you to the closest retail stores that carry our merchandise. We will also provide you with the list of online stores where you can purchase our items.
Orders using the C.O.D option
Unfortunately our website is setup to take orders using Major Credit Cards Only. If you wish to place an order with the C.O.D option, you will need to contact our customer service department to place and order. There is an additional fee for orders placed using the C.O.D. option, this fee is charged by UPS and not us.
Samples of our merchandise
We can ship out a prepaid sample, simply call our toll free phone number and ask our representatives that you wish to order a sample. We do not offer Free Samples. The cost of the sample will be at retail price.
What is the minimum purchase required?
We don't have the minimum purchase required.
Do I need to submit my reseller permit information?
No, we do not require your reseller permit information.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Credit cards must be able to be verified with issuing bank.
We also accept Paypal with confirmed address. In addition we accept COD as a payment method.
How long does it take to verify international credit cards?
That depends on your bank. Some international banks allow easy verification; some banks take 5-7 days. Most of international credit cards can be verified within 24 hours
Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?
We are a wholesale company and we like to keep our prices down overall. For orders greater than $5,000, contact us for a volume discount rate. The discount depends on the type of product ordered.
Do you have all items in stock?
All items displayed on the website are in stock at that time. However, we receive a high volume of orders that means stock moves in and out quickly each day. In very rear occasion by the time an order is placed, the items may be out of stock. We will contact you immediately if we are out of stock on any item you ordered.
I received my order and some items are missing
If you have been billed for items that are not received please contact us and we will resolve the matter.
I need my order by a certain date. Is it possible to deliver by that time?
We do attempt to get each order out by a deadline given.
Please contact us if you need to expedite your order. Additional fees might apply.
JD Fashions Wholesale does not guarantee to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot use it as a reason for cancellation of orders.
Do you have a catalog you can send me?
Please note that we introduce new products on a daily basis therefore we do not provide a printed catalog. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive and updated catalog.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing the drop ship program, it is not feasible for us to setup the program at this time. However, we will reconsider it in the future.

I placed an order and want to cancel. Is there a charge for cancelling?
the order is in the shipping department and already being processed, cancellation is not possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we are happy to cancel the order. Please contact us for order status.
